- Emergency call-out service with a response time of up to 24 hours, available Monday to Friday.
Please note:
All spare parts and components needed to restore functionality will be charged at current rates. Labour and travel costs are excluded outside of scheduled visits.
Blue Turnstile Maintenance Package
The Blue package includes:
- Maintenance support for both single and multi-site locations.
- Suitable for areas with steady to heavy traffic flow.
- Two annual visits for complete servicing and preventive maintenance checks.
- Priority emergency response with a maximum 8-hour response time, available 24/7.
- Weekday call-out labour and travel costs are covered from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including the first hour of site work. Additional time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Please note:
Spare parts are charged at the prevailing rates. Repairs resulting from vandalism, misuse, operator error, or accidental damage (e.g., vehicle impact) will be billed at the call-out rate.
Magenta Turnstile Maintenance Package
The Magenta package offers:
- Designed for high-traffic areas requiring constant attention.
- Priority emergency repair service with a response time of up to 4 hours, available 24/7.
- A stocked spare parts facility to ensure faster repair times.
- Weekday labour and travel costs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with one hour of on-site service included. Extra time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
