MAINTENANCE PACKAGE OPTIONS
What’s Included:
• Two site visits per year for a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of all nominated equipment.
• Suitable for low to steady traffic flow and basic reliability needs.
• Emergency callouts with up to a 24 working hour response time (Monday to Friday only).
Excludes:
• Labour or travel costs outside of contracted PPM visits (e.g., emergency callouts).
• Spare parts or components required to restore equipment to operational standards (these will be charged separately).
Priority and Discounts:
•Priority response over non-contracted customers
•Discount applied to callout rates and parts
What’s Included:
• Two site visits per year for a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of all nominated equipment.
• Ideal for steady to high traffic flow and greater reliability needs.
• Priority emergency callouts for urgent repairs.
• Emergency callouts with up to an 8 working hour response time (Monday to Friday only).
Excludes:
• Labour or travel costs outside of contracted PPM visits (e.g., emergency callouts).
• Spare parts or components required to restore equipment to operational standards (these will be charged separately).
Priority and Discounts:
• Higher Priority response over WHITE plan customers and non-contracted customers
• Greater discount applied to callout rates and parts
What’s Included:
• Customised visits adjusted to suit traffic flow and demanding reliability needs.
• Priority emergency callouts for urgent repairs.
• Up to a 4-hour response time, available 24/7.
Optional Add-Ons:
• Labour and travel costs for emergency callouts.
• Spare parts or components required to restore equipment to operational standards.
Priority and Discounts:
• Highest priority response over BLUE, WHITE plan customers and non-contracted customers
• Maximum discount applied to callout rates and parts
