Included in a white Security Solutions maintenance package is:
- Single site maintenance.
- Low to steady traffic flow needs.
- Two site visits per year conducting a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of all identified equipment.
- Emergency call outs and up to 24 hour response times – Monday to Friday only.
Please note:
- All spares and components used to restore equipment to operational standard will be charged at the rate applicable at the time.
- 24 hour labour and travel costs are not included except for contracted visits.
Blue Road Blocker Maintenance Package
A blue package with Security Solutions includes:
- Single and multi-site maintenance.
- Steady to high traffic flow needs.
- Biannual site visits to complete full service and conduct preventative maintenance inspection of all equipment.
- Priority emergency call outs for emergency repair/blocking/interruptions. Up to 8 hour working response time – 24/7.
- All call out site labour and travel costs from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm inclusive of one hour site time. Any additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Please note:
- Spares and parts used to return equipment to operational standard are charged at the applicable rate.
- Repairs resulting from vandalism, misuse, customer error or accidental damages (e.g. vehicle impact) are charged at the “call out” rate.
Magenta Road Blocker Maintenance Package
Our high-level magenta package includes:
- High traffic flow needs
- Priority emergency call outs for emergencies such as repair/interruptions/blocking. Up to 4 hour response time at all times.
- Spares list and stocking facility
- All labour costs on site and travel costs from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm inclusive of one hour site time. And time added is charged at the standard hourly rate.
