What Is Included In Bollard Maintenance?

When carrying out bollard maintenance our team will :

• Disassemble each unit.
• The interior chambers are then cleaned and vacuumed to guard against debris and water infiltration. 
• We are also able to replace any parts that have experienced extensive wear and tear that will affect their ability to function effectively. 
• The bollards are then reassembled and extensive operational checks are then carried out to ensure they are working efficiently

Our plans are broken down into the following three options:

White Bollard Maintenance Package

The White package from Security Solutions offers:

• Maintenance for a single site.
• Ideal for locations with low to moderate traffic.
• Two site visits annually for comprehensive servicing and preventive maintenance of all listed equipment.
• Emergency call-outs with a response time of up to 24 hours, available Monday to Friday only.

Important Note:
Any spare parts or components required to restore equipment to operational standards will be billed at the current rates. Labour and travel costs for services outside of scheduled visits are not included.

Blue Bollard Maintenance Package

The Blue package provides:

• Maintenance for both single and multi-site locations.
• Suitable for steady to high traffic flow environments.
• Two visits per year for full servicing and preventive maintenance of all equipment.
• Priority emergency call-outs, with a response time of up to 8 working hours, available 24/7.
• All call-out labour and travel costs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including one hour of on-site service. Any additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Important Note:
Spare parts and components are billed at current rates. Any repairs needed due to vandalism, misuse, operator error, or accidental damage (such as vehicle impact) will be charged at the call-out rate.

Magenta Bollard Maintenance Package

The Magenta package offers:

• Ideal for high-traffic areas.
• Priority emergency call-outs for repairs, interruptions, or blocking, with a response time of up to 4 hours, available 24/7.
• A stocked spare parts list and storage facility for quicker repairs.
• All labour and travel costs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including one hour of on-site service. Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate.
