At Security Solutions the service and maintenance team daily attend equipment which has sustained damage from vehicle impact, adverse weather conditions, human intervention and general wear and tear. The Fix for this week is an automatic barrier repair. Our client holds a White Service and Maintenance contract, the White contract covers two site visits per year to conduct a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of the equipment covered and also includes a preferential response time to call outs, used in this instance to schedule an engineer to repair accidental damage to the barrier boom arm.
Security Solutions service department run a fleet of fully stocked vans. The central parts department holds stock for all of our product range. Our Engineer attended site to remove and replace the damaged barrier boom arm. The work was carried out promptly as to cause minimum disruption to the site’s operations.
