Security Solutions Service and Maintenance realise its customers are all individuals. We have designed three types of packages to suit any circumstance which and can help to clearly define your annual maintenance budget.
The three types of service and maintenance packages offered cover and include the following equipment:
- Turnstiles – Full Height Turnstiles / Half Height Turnstiles / Stadium Pods
- Gates – Automated Sliding / Swing / Hinged
- Automatic Traffic Barriers
- Automatic Rising Bollards
- Road Blockers
- Access Control Systems
- Automatic PAS Rated Products
Maintenance is required from the first day if warranties are to remain valid. The frequency of inspections should be based on how quickly the work equipment or parts of it are likely to deteriorate and therefore give rise to significant risk. This should take into account the type of equipment, how and how many times it is used and the conditions to which it is exposed. So, which Service Package is for you?
White Preventative Maintenance
To attend site twice a year and conduct a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of all equipment identified. Low to steady traffic flow and reliability maintenance needs, Emergency call outs and up to 24 working hour response time – Monday to Friday only.
Excludes:
- All spares or components used to restore the equipment to the required operational standard.
These will be charged at the rate applicable at the time.
- 24 hour labour & travel costs other than contracted visits.
Blue Preventative Maintenance
To attend site twice a year and conduct a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of all equipment identified. Steady to high traffic flow and reliability maintenance needs, PRIORITY emergency call outs in case of emergency repair / blocking / interruptions and up to 8 Hour Working Response time
- All call out / site labour & travel costs Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm inclusive of one hour site time. Additional time on site will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
- 8 hour PRIORITY in responding to call out
Excludes:
- All spares or components used to restore the equipment to the required operational standard. These will be charged at the rate applicable at the time.
- All repairs resulting from vandalism, misuse, customer error or accidental damages. (e.g. Vehicle impact) will be charge at the applicable “Call Out” rate.
Magenta Taylor Made Contract
High traffic flow and reilability maintenance needs. PRIORITY emergency call outs in case of emergency repair / blocking / interruptions. Spares list and stocking facility. Up to 4 Working Hour Response time – 24 hours 7 days a week.
All call out / site labour & travel costs Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm inclusive of one hour site time. Additional time on site will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
