The contract will be conducted over a period of five years, with Security Solutions responsible for the providing 24/7 emergency response, expert knowledge, repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance of physical security equipment across the estates of one of the UK’s largest public sector organisations.
Security Solutions undertook a rigorous tendering process before being awarded this contract. The process was conducted by one of UK’s leading Facilities and Management companies, who through a twelve month procurement and selection process overseeing each stage of stringent tendering process, resulted in Security Solutions finally being selected. Security Solutions will continue to work with the FM Company through the initial mobilisation process and then onto the management and delivery of the contract ensuring that all of the strict SLA’s are met.
