Our client holds a White Service and Maintenance contract, the White contract covers two site visits per year to conduct a full service and preventative maintenance inspection of the equipment covered and also includes a preferential response time to call outs.
Our engineer attended site and inspected the operation and condition of the turnstile equipment. All the moving parts have been cleaned and lubricated, turnstile bearings cleaned and greased, locks adjusted and lubricated and operational testing of the access control swipe card entry and exit system.
