The Business Design Centre is one of London’s most popular conference and exhibition venues and is regarded as one of the best modern day conference facilities in the UK. Hosting thousands of events yearly and based in Central London, the centre offers 250 undercover parking spaces with the added facility of four separate loading areas protected by an intricate automatic barrier system.
On deciding to replace the barrier system and manned security hut protecting the entrance forecourt, BDC selected Northwest barrier expert Security Solutions to carry out the work. Two SSB7000 Automatic Rising Arm Barriers operated by a video intercom system linked back to the main reception were installed together with optional safety accessories.
