The Highways Agency continually maintains and improves over two thousand miles of the motorway network, and has depots throughout the northwest. Having installed and continually maintained the agency’s existing sliding gate systems, Security Solutions where the natural choice when the equipment was in need of upgrading.
From its concept, the main priority of the project was the lead time for the manufacture and then installation of the sliding gates, together with ensuring that each of the Highway Agency’s sites were fully secured at all times.
Sixteen SSAG Aluminium Cantilever Sliding Gates were required for thirteen of the Highway Agency’s sites, this involved making good of run back areas and any necessary fencing.
A three year service contract linked to an extended warranty provides the Highway Agency with the peace of mind that the gates are regular maintained.
