Service and Maintenance Packages - Revised and Updated
Security Solutions Service and Maintenance department has recently redesigned, updated and improved upon the types of service and maintenance contracts it offers
Following on from the successful and well received rebranding of Security Solutions (Northern) it was identified that the time was right to focus on the types of contracts and level of service currently offered by Security Solutions.
To coincide with the existing 24/7, nationwide coverage currently being offered, Security Solutions Service and Maintenance will now offer three types of contracts:-
* White Contract - Replacing the old 2 star contract
* Blue Contract - Replacing the old 3 star contract
* Magenta Contract - A new Taylormade Contract
All three contracts will replace the old 2 and 3 star contracts previously offered.
Each of the new contactswill offer various levels of response dependant of the customer's specific site requirements.
